Kalorama, the exclusive neighborhood drenched in history and studded with many of Washington’s most notable embassies. From the intimate Garden Room, to the art-filled Gallery Room on the second floor with its baby grand piano, every detail of this unique setting makes it a perfect dining destination. Enjoy the art deco-inspired, 10-seat Bar Barlow, named for the lauded poet Joel Barlow, who dubbed the area Kalorama for its beautiful view. Here guests will enjoy craft cocktails and a wine list that invites exploration, before delving into new Executive Chef, Michael Fusano’s a la carte menu. His fare is artfully pleasing and sourced from the best both nationally and locally.
